Board of Directors
Robert Holden
Executive Director
With over thirty-two years of experience in commercial real estate and property development, Robert brings a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for its dynamic, evolving nature. He founded Conrad Properties Group in 1994 and, together with two other directors, has managed and operated the business since its inception.
Robert is the chief capital partner and behind the scenes engine room for the Bermudian and New Zealand operations.
Robert and his partner Anna own a home in Paget, Bermuda, where they have spent over 18 years, with their children educated at Saltus and Somersfield schools.
Dennis Cooney
Founding Partner & Director, Australia
Dennis co-founded the Australian operation of Conrad Properties in 2003. He has been successful at implementing the operating systems to ensure the sustainability of the business. Dennis has remained to oversee the strategic, regulatory and compliance side of the business ensuring that the team operate within such framework.
Jamie Hutchens
Shareholder, Director
Jamie Hutchens is an innovator and leader in today’s business world. Jamie works to expand the company’s real estate in residential, retail, and commercial interests nationally and internationally. Jamie develops and oversees the big picture of each Conrad development, including deal evaluation, pre-development planning, financing, design, construction, sales and marketing.
Ben Dearlove
Shareholder, Director
Ben joined Conrad in 2003 and brought with him a wealth of construction and property experience. Prior to joining Conrad, Ben spent seven years at Mainzeal Construction, which was New Zealand’s second largest construction company, and four years gaining construction experience in Canada and England.
Ben manages the delivery of Conrad Group developments from inception to completion.

Infrastructure & Energy Lead
Simon is an experienced infrastructure specialist with a background in Chemical Engineering and over a decade of global experience. He focuses on high-performance, energy-efficient systems, ensuring our AI hubs are reliable, scalable, and sustainable.
Frank Van Hattum
Energy Asset Director
Frank leads energy asset strategy and performance, drawing on decades of experience in oil, gas, and infrastructure. With a strong background in finance and project delivery, he ensures future AI hubs have a reliable and efficient energy supply.
Shannon Mann
ESG Director
With 14+ years in global ESG, Shannon ensures all AI hub projects align with climate-conscious and community-driven principles. She brings deep expertise in sustainability strategy and future-ready digital infrastructure.
Jonathan Tan
Singaporean Director
Jonathan leads the Conrad Group’s Singapore operations with a dual focus on strategic development and financial structuring. With a background in real estate and infrastructure, he oversees the expansion of AI hub projects across Asia, ensuring regulatory alignment, capital efficiency and regional market fit.
